Enjoy a relaxing coastal escape at Villa Azure Tides, a single-level, fully wheelchair-accessible retreat that’s perfect for families, friends, or guests with mobility needs. One of only four villas in the complex designed with accessibility in mind, this peaceful and private space offers all the comfort and convenience you need for a memorable stay.

Villa Features:
This thoughtfully designed two-bedroom villa includes flexible bedding arrangements – each room offers a king bed that can be split into two King singles upon request. There's also a fold-out sofa bed in the lounge, allowing up to 6 guests to stay comfortably.

The main bathroom is fully accessible with level entry, handrails, and a fold-down shower seat. The ensuite bathroom features a spacious rain shower (please note this one does not have disabled facilities).

Inside Amenities Include:

Gas cooktop, microwave, and heater

Split system air conditioning in the lounge + ceiling fans in bedrooms

TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms

Washing machine & dryer

Step Outside:
Unwind on the covered rear deck, complete with seating for six – perfect for breezy alfresco meals or simply soaking in the fresh coastal air.

Extras You Should Know:

Shared Resort Facilities: As a guest, you’ll have access to the resort's pool, bar, and restaurant.

Linen Provided: One full set of bed linen and a bath towel per person. BYO beach/pool towels.

Eco-Friendly: Shampoo, conditioner & body wash are provided in each bathroom. Feel free to bring any personal favourites.

Arrival & Check-in Info:
Check-in from 3pm. You’ll receive your door code via SMS just before 3pm on arrival day.

Early check-in may be possible and will be confirmed via SMS by 4pm the day prior.

Check-out: 10am

Pricing & Guests:
Your booking price includes a base number of guests. Additional guests will incur a per person, per night fee – automatically calculated when booking.

Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable once booked.

Only guests listed in your booking are permitted at the property. If you’d like to have visitors (for a BBQ), just reach out. We’re happy to accommodate reasonable requests!

House Rules & Safety:
No Party Policy: Please respect our quiet residential setting. Excessive noise or unruly behaviour may lead to eviction and loss of your bond.

Security: External cameras are installed for safety and in compliance with local laws. A noise monitor helps ensure a peaceful environment for all.

Guest Registration Required: All guests must complete a digital check-in with ID. Access codes are only sent to verified guests.

Important Note on Last-Minute Bookings:
Due to a rise in fraudulent bookings, any reservation made within 5 days of arrival must supply matching photo ID and credit card (in the same name as the booking). This is to protect you, us, and the community.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend domestic travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes, particularly for event-related stays (like concerts). Check out providers like Cover-More, InsureandGo, or Travel Insurance Direct.
