"Lynn has done a fantastic job renovating an old house into a comfortable home - there are books documenting the process. The bathroom and appliances are all new. It's just comfortable living in a secluded area, but only minutes to downtown Concord. Will definitely stay again next time We're in the area."

"Loved the historical charm and layout of the property. Check-in process was easy using the coded keyless entry. The backyard was enormous and we enjoyed the peace and privacy of the property. However, the gas grill was very dirty and needed a thorough cleaning before we could even use it. Also, the flavorizer/heat distribution bars were rusty and corroded and should be replaced. "We were the commercial- 4 friends needed a place to stay before a retreat in Hancock , NH. This spacious, immaculately clean 4 bedroom, 2 bath (actually 2apartments) was just what we needed! Comfortable couches and beds, beautiful appliances, and a before bed hot tub! It was perfect for our needs. Host was immediately available for a minor issue. Appreciated the great renovation of this old farmhouse and the labelling of all drawers and light switches."

"We had a lovely stay at the Big Red cottage. The home is modern and beautifully furnished and in a serene wooded setting. Everything went very smoothly and we very much enjoyed relaxing both inside and out on a Sunapee ski weekend. I highly recommend the home and hope to stay there again soon."

"We loved our stay at the Cozy Cabin! It was wonderful to view the sunrise over the lake from the windows each morning. The lake was easy to access. The owners of the cabin were very helpful and have thought of everything to make things comfortable and enjoyable. "We enjoyed our stay very much. We did not use the water activities due to weather, but we went for the cool tempertures and fall leaves. Tom is great and available for any questions. "His property was the perfect base to ski at Sunapee and explore the area around Newbury and New London. House is fully outfitted, and may be the most completely outfitted rental we've ever had! Plenty of clean quality pots and pans, plates, silverware, glassware, all nice and matched, furniture very comfortable And having its own gym was terrific.
