"This was a great, short, late night stop for an early morning visit to Crater Lake. We needed a place to rest our heads and appreciated the helpful staff and that breakfast started early in the morning so we could be on our way."

"A Murphy bed? Are you kidding me? We drove 8 hours, paid how much, only to find out we had to pull down a Murphy bed with some CRAPPY memory foam mattress and make up the bed. And NO AC!!!! They lock the temperature at 70 and leave some note saying that if you tamper with it, there is some big fine. We are supposed to sleep in 70 degrees? But they even have a fan, obviously knowing it needs AC. No AC in Bend, Oregon. It was 88 degrees out. So then, a restaurant? Oh that would mean a half...

"The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There were tracks of something that had splashed on the bathroom door and other spatter of some kind on the walls. A few of the towels were stained with what I hope was only makeup. The parking lot was a bit too small for the number of rooms/vehicles, so it was difficult to get in and out. Overall, this is a place I wouldn't stay again."

"Safe , clean room , ample of parking and walkable to nearby grocery stores , restaurants, and gas stations. Friendly staff and good amenities- extra large tv was very nice ! Occasionally you hear train coming by but no big deal. Very good price for the services provided . Highly recommend!"

"Melissa the manager at the front desk was very helpful to accommodate me when the elevators were down and offered to move me down to the 1st floor since I have a neck injury and could not go up and down the stairs easily. She also helped me with getting my internet set up and was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face! Wonderful customer service she deserves kudos :)"

"Not as nice as their other locations yet there doesn’t seem to be much of a price difference. Room seems to be a little rundown and outdated, a little musty. Had to switch rooms to the basement because the room was too noisey initially."
