These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your doorstep, you will enjoy being moments awayĀ from world-class tasting rooms, restaurants, and other exciting attractions. Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located in the community of NewbergĀ Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making theseĀ suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.

Flat #5: This One Bedroom Suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. Featuring a modern kitchen, dining nook, and living room with an electric fireplace,Ā plush couch, and chairs for ample seating, these sophisticated suites provide space for relaxation andĀ privacy. The adjacent bedroom offers a queen bed, ample clothing storage, andĀ a second television. The en-suite bathroom features a standing shower, lots of lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer.Ā 

This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). Perfect apartment

This apartment was beautifully appointed, very clean, and right downtown in Newberg. Iā€™m a veteran traveler and this was the most comfortable overnight stay ever! The only downside is traffic noise due to location but the hosts thought of that too and provided earplugs

Very nice apartment with all you need for a fun stay in Oregon wine country. Easy communication and good WiFi. Comfortable bed and full kitchen. Good tv options as well. We were so impressed with the comfort and amenities of this place. The location is super walkable and communication from staff was suburb. They even had a little bag of goodies for our pup. We are always so grateful for dog friendly spots. We will definitely stay here again when visiting wine country!

We stayed for a few days for a wedding. Great location - walking distance to cafes and restaurants and only a short drive to airport (45 min) and downtown Portland. Would highly recommend.

Easy and clean

Came to see family and needed a place to stay that was this was convenient and clean and easy. Only one complaint and that was how noisy the mini split system was. Sounded like a fog horn every time it went off which was about every 30 mins.

Fantastic Place!

We loved everything about this place. The location was superb as we were pleasantly surprised on arrival it is right on the main drag of Newberg and we could easily walk to many cut chops and restaurants (which we did for two of our nights there). Parking was never an issue, we easily found street parking each time (we were there for 3 nights). Inside, it is very nice decorated, updated and clean. It was very comfortable to sit and relax after hitting wineries all day and to make an easy breakfast in the morning as the kitchen was well stocked. There are some steep stairs as you enter the building to get to the 2nd floor, however, this was not a problem for us, we just took our time getting our baggage up to the second floor. Management was very communicative before our stay via email, and they also left us on arrival a nice bottle of wine, coffee and snacks. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I booked this location to enjoy a few days of wine tasting. Prior to arrival I received thorough and detailed check-in information as well as recommendations for local wineries and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and contained all we needed for our stay. The bathroom is small and doesnā€™t have much counter space but we made it work. The location was great for us. We walked to a coffee shop each morning and found many wineries within a 5-10 minute drive. Would stay here again.

Best kept secret

This suite at Yamhill Flats was perfect for our long getaway weekend. Very comfortable and spacious. The suite feels like itā€™s been recently renovated from the furniture to the appliances. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Not a review - just suggestions for property management.

Great Location. But, some suggestions for improvement: Extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. The bathroom is extremely small and an awkward setup. The door doesnā€™t open all the way and you canā€™t leave open if you are trying to. Very tight small space to get ready in. You should also consider putting some lamps in the front living space. The ceiling fan / light are to bright to have on at night while sitting in that space. Other than that nice place and great location. Thank you.

Great location in downtown

I came to Newburg to attend the Suzuki Camp, along with my daughter at George Fox University. We had a lovely stay! There was a farmers market a couple blocks away. We loved the little lawn accross the street. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was cozy. We will definitely be coming back next summer! Thank you so much!
