The space
Our Apt has a Great Room which features center granite top island & full delux kitchen. Eat or work seated on the island’s leather top stools or enjoy the marble top table for your comfort. The great room features new 65” state of the art wall hung TV & streaming programming for your enjoyment. The bedroom features a Queen size Sealy Trust ll super comfort mattress & a wall mounted electronic fireplace for relaxing rest & in winter months extra cozy warmth. If you are traveling with more then 2 persons or have need for 2nd bed, the sofa in the great room opens to another queen size bed . hardwood floors throughout, area rugs, & interesting art on the walls gives this Apt sparkle. This Apt has its own private rear & front entrances. There are coin operated washers & dryers for your use in the bldg basement.

Guest access
This Apt is a complete unit not shared. It has separate entrances & we offer one parking spot if you need one let us know in advance. Full access to complete one bedroom Apt that includes a Great Room, dining area within it, Kitchen with granite top island seating bar, full bathroom with tub/shower, and all linens, cooking, dining items supplied. We also use lock box for tenant self entry since Feb 2020 for most arrivals as it is the safest with the Pandemic ,

Getting around
The Apt is the perfect location; a few minutes walk to NY city Transportation, it is in the downtown. The downtown area is historic, it received the "great American Mainstreet" award several years ago. It has terrific restaurants, bars, live music, movie theater, boutiques & national shops: Gap, Banana Republic,Starbucks, Lord and Taylor, Trader Joe’s and more. The Garden State Parkway is nearby and the Jersey Shore is great for day trips our beaches even in fall and winter can be fun. We also are minutes to Newark Liberty Airport and to the Metro Train center & the Newark Train station

Other things to note
This apt is top floor two flights of stairs up. if carrying up large luggage or items, or have trouble with stairs after opening Rear door with lockboxIt is beautifully appointed & quiet & centrally located great for shopping & services. access then have the other guests come up the more easily climb of the front of building stairs that are straight & not as curcey as rear steps. This said most guests travel light & use rear door & step access
