Pontos negativos: Limpeza
The neighborhood was fine, and the host was polite and responsive, but unfortunately, our stay had several issues. We were told free street parking was available, but the street was full, and we learned we could receive a ticket without a local permit. We had to pay for parking five blocks away, adding unexpected costs and inconvenience.Cleanliness was disappointing. The bathroom floor felt sticky and had yellow stains and buildup. The kitchen exhaust fan was covered in grease, and the sink was dirty. Worst of all, we found cockroaches inside the cabinet where dishes were stored and a large one coming out of a bedroom. For five guests staying four days, only three bath towels were available, with no hand towels in the bathroom or kitchen. Coffee pods were provided, but not even sugar.Since this is a basement apartment, we couldn't control the A/C and were freezing. The upstairs occupants were also extremely noisy until around 2 a.m., making sleep difficult. The beds were fine, but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.Although the host was kind, these issues significantly affected our experience. Better cleaning, pest control, accurate parking information, and basic amenities are essential.
