•There are other listings at same property. This listing is only for 1st and 2nd floor units.
•Washer/Dryer amenity: laundry service fee $1 per pound free pick up and delivery.
•Hot tub additional fee $50 per night, use must be schedule upon booking and set up is depending on weather.
•Living room fireplace lighting fee $70. Lighting should be schedule 24 hours in advance.
•AC/heat are controlled remotely.
House Rules:
•Do NOT knock on any DOOR and do NOT disturb the NEIGHBORS.
•Report any damages upon arrival to avoid damage deposit deductions.
•Late check out fee is a full day rate.
•Only 1 pet per reservation. Pet must stay inside a crate when left unattended inside the property. A picture of the crate must be sent prior to check in.
•Visitors are NOT allowed inside the property unless they are part of the reservation. Any undisclosed visitor will be counted as a guest and additional fees will apply.
•Do not share the check in instructions nor show booking information to anyone outside of the reservation. If we become aware this rule has been broken, the reservation would be cancelled without refund.
•Damaged/Stained towels or linens will be deducted from deposit at $10 per piece.
•Reservations 3 days or longer, it’s the guest responsibility to take out the garbage to curbside.
•Leave regular bagged garbage at the curbside MONDAY & THURSDAY night. Leave recycle (glass, aluminum, cardboard) IN FRONT of the garage door for the staff to pick it up. If the property gets fined for throwing recycle items within regular garbage, the fine will be deducted from your deposit. The lowest fine is $200 and it takes a court day.
•Use only kitchen cabinets to store food. The house is pest free, if we need to get an exterminator after check out, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
•No smoking in or near the house. There's a $500 cleaning fee if cigarette or weed odor is found.
