"This is a new hotel about 10 minutes from downtown Rapid City. Free parking and highway access are definite pluses. It is spacious and modern. It may lack the charm of the Alex Johnson hotel, but it more than makes up for it with convenience. The pool is very small but it does have a nice hot tub. The free breakfast buffet menu changes daily."

"Dumpy hotel with very dated furnishings. Breakfast was bagels and things from Walmart, so not great. Comforter was hard and seemed unclean. We used the extra blanket and removed the comforter."

"Stayed here in Rapid City for a week while a family member had a medical procedure. Check in was easy and proce matched online booking. No fault to the staff but the first room the fridge did not work. Second room, wasnt clean at all. Finally landed in a 3rd room and upgraded me for the hassle. Room was clean, quiet, everything worked(fridge, hair dryer, coffee...) all floors were clean and property well maintained. Pool and hot tub worked well and clean. Breakfast: yummy and lots of...

"Staff not always there, just a note to call them...but I found that they don't always answer. Vent fan in bathroom was full of dirt, shower curtain was dirty, weird fixture by sink w very sharp edges. Loud people and street noise all night. Absolutely didn't feel safe and got 0 sleep."
