You booked a room non smoking queen bed. You called into the front desk asking for an accessible room. You were told that it was noted, but were not available. The accessible rooms were booked up. You were told this upon arrival. As you booked on a 3rd party site, and were given notice that the rate was non-refundable per hotels.com. We are under new owners that are renovating the property. we provide a reasonable rates and our rooms are very clean. we have many persons from all walks of life staying and working here. We give honesty and transparency. Your comments hurt Businesses, especially when you continue to use our services. We thank you for staying with us last night.
