"There were 4 of us that stayed at this property. We were on an overnight trip of fishing. The house is 15 minutes from the boat launch and is in a nice neighborhood. The house was as advertised and was nice and clean. The front porch was the perfect place to sit and talk tell fish stories! Although the driveway is not deep enough for the boat and truck, the house is on the corner and there is plenty of street parking. We would absolutely stay here again. Oh, BTW, the house is within walking...

"We had a rather serious issue upon arrival. The management was beyond apologetic and rectified the situation in a timely manner and did everything possible to make it up to us.The cottage was very clean and well stocked. My only comment would be that the 3rd bedroom is a bunkie, but we would definitely use this property again."

"Honestly the cottage was amazing. Very updated, looked just like the pictures. There were more rooms and beds than advertised which was a bonus! All very comfortable too. We were very happy, would book again. Swimming right off the rocks was an added bonus again. Bring comfy outside chairs, that is all that was missing! "

"This property was a cozy homebase for our family as we explored Chatham and the surrounding area. We appreciated the full kitchen and saved a lot of money eating most meals in. Dining on the backyard patio was especially relaxing. The fenced-in yard offered peace of mind, the property was well maintained, the neighborhood was safe and quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Host was responsive when we needed to get in touch. We would definitely book again."

"The place was as advertised. It was very clean and in a great location. Walking distance to everything. Lots of plates, utensils etc. Mike was our main contact for the stay and he is an awesome host and great guy to have a chat with. "

"Check in was seamless - the property is very clean, taken care of and well maintained. Everything stated in the ad is 100% accurate - it's a very cozy little vacation spot!Whatever you like to do...go to the beach, go fishing, walk or hike, etc...this is the perfect spot because everthing is walkable!"
