This is a fully remodeled 1 bedroom and full 1 bathroom home with an open concept kitchen and living room. The remodeled bathroom features a shower and it easy to walk into. The home has central AC and heat.

The kitchen features everything you need for a comfortable stay including plates, utensils, glasses, coffee machine, appliances, etc. We always strive for the best experience. The bedroom has a queen bed with new comfy bedding for a great nights sleep. We provide free WiFi and parking. Netflix & Amazon are available.

The location is EXCELLENT ! You’re only steps away from shopping and restaurants in downtown New Port Richey. The downtown area which is a block away has a small grocery store, yummy restaurants and shops. It’s great for walking around and Sims park is gorgeous and by the water; it’s only a 5 min walk. The home is super close to everything including shopping, hospital and the beach.

The outside garden area is shared. There are chairs to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee.

Pets need to be approved by the HOST.**********Pets are welcome but we have breed restrictions, please ask us prior to confirming your reservation*********Make sure your pets are clean and groomed, if the room smells like pets when you leave there will be a charge for cleaning assessed, this does happen sometimes and we're very fair about this policy. You must let us know how many pets and what breed you are bringing. NO PETS ON THE FURNITURE, PLEASE.

Please be mindful of what you choose when you book our listing. We do have a strict and non-refundable policy. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance that will pay your expenses if any unexpected cancellation occurs. That might be smart for your flight as well if you’re afraid it will be canceled.

We're in a tropical setting with various tropical creatures like lizards, geckoes, and frogs; their presence is beyond our control. Unconfirmed cancellations will result in a strictly NO REFUND.

It is also important to note that weapons and illegal drugs are not allowed on the property. To promote safety, the unit has a CCTV Camera installed outside to monitor the surroundings.

Also, a $500 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED FOR SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT. Not approved late checkout or past checkout, and unauthorized guests will be penalized.
