Guests have access to the entire house, except the garage and a hallway closet.

**Parking for 2 cars on the driveway. No parking on the street, lawn, or heavy trucks/ trailers.

• A Ring doorbell near the front door. A Blink camera near the back patio, side door, and driveway. Cameras are on and they are for security and safety purposes.

• This listing has a device that monitors noise levels (but doesn't record sounds) and notifies the host or the host's agents if it gets too loud.

HOUSE RULES:
Quiet Hours 10pm - 7am (Please keep reasonable noise levels. No loud noises/loud music inside or outside the house)

· No parties, gatherings, or events.

· No additional guests, occupants, or visitors other than those listed on the reservation at any time. Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

· The person booking the reservation must be present as you are responsible for your guests.

· Check out by 11:00am, late check out fee: $40. After 1 hour, the fee is the base rate for that day.

· No Smoking inside the house. No marijuana(leaves a strong smell) or illegal drugs. You will be charged $300.00 for additional cleaning if you do.

· No pets. $1000 additional cleaning fee for each pet brought to the house. Pet(s) must be immediately removed from the property.

· Not suitable for children under 12 or infants.(breakable objects, glass tables, cactus plants, cleaners stored in lower cabinets, no crib, no highchair, a fire pit, etc)

· An additional cleaning fee of 90$ can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.

· No food or drink in the bedrooms. Guests will compensate host for any food/drink stains.

· Please take off your shoes before going inside if you go to the backyard. Shoes leave a lot of sand/dirt on the floor.

· **Guests that use the fire pit: Please put out the fire pit when you are done. Leaving it alone to burn is a fire hazard. Also, please close the sliding door when you are using it. Leaving the door open will allow smoke inside the house.**

· You must have a valid working phone number on file. If we attempt to contact you and you have an invalid phone number or you do not respond to any messages, then that is grounds for the reservation to be terminated with no refund.

· Please double check for personal belongings before checkout. We are not responsible for items left behind or mailing them back to you.
