A quirky, fulfilled 1930's bungalow set among a tropical oasis of palms and native plantings. On entry the living space will entice you in with it's chilled out vibe, stretch out, relax, after a busy day exploring. The dining room in the heart of this home opens beautiful to the outdoors via a large bifold door, where you can enjoy the expansive deck and an evening in the garden while you cook a BBQ.

Traditional and original kitchen which adds to the bach feel of the home, and a laundry and toilet room at the rear of the home. Boasting three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen bed facing north for all day sun, the second bedroom with an additional queen bed and the third bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed. There is also a modern bathroom with shower over the bath.

You will be toasty warm with the new fully deducted gas heating system throughout the home. Additional features include Unlimited WI-FI, Smart TV with Netflix's, Washing machine and Clothes Dryer.

Please Note The Cleaning Fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Other Details:

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
