"Comfortable room"

"Breakfast food was stale. We needed to ask to have our room turned over daily and we had to ask everyday as wasn’t done even when we asked. Facilities were clean overall. Not enough places to put your things in the room. No microwave. Not enough hooks, bathroom fan didn’t work and bathroom tiles were loose. One staff nighttime worker only who was very nice/responsive."

"I am handicapped. The one and only handicapped space was occupied by a live in resident who can walk well and even rides a motorcycle parked next to his red chevrolet truck in the handclapped space I tried to check in a day earlier and the desk service was beyond bad with me going elsewhere for the night. I would not return"

"I was thinking in change to another hotel because a couple months ago the rooms and bathrooms wasn’t cleaned at all ,, but I made a complain in the front , I went back again , and everything is clean and the price is very affordable."

"Parking is ample. Rob was very helpful. Room - old but clean, however bed boxes are not in good condition Breakfast - 0/10 1. Place is so dark (not enough light) its a hazard for young ones and adults due to hot waffle maker 2. Not much options at breakfast, juice was out, butter was in big container and everyone had to use the same container was not appropriate 3. Juice was in 1 litre GV bottle, that was opened and didn't know when was it open had to ask the reception to change it 4. No...

"Parking is ample and free. Breakfast is provided. Staff was nice. Price is right. If you are expecting to walk out of your room into a marbled hallway… You have the wrong place. Well worth the price."

"A good way to start is it is not the Rich Carlton but then again you’re not paying for it either. It is clean. It is bug and critter free. If you’re just looking for an overnight, you really can’t beat this deal. The family is also friendly if there is any complaint at all, it is the road out front is a little noisy so keep that in mind but a great one nighter."

"This building is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. We stayed in "Kate's Room" and the bits of history and decor were elegant and deliberate. We had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable, and the house was quiet. We will, without a doubt, stay at the Shamokin BnB again if we find ourselves in Shamokin."

"Primeiro experiência num hotel candlewood e foi muito prazeirosa. Tudo muito limpo com amplos espaços. Gostei e voltaria outras vezes com certeza. Porém quanto a localização, poderia ter ficado mais próximo a Stroudsburg onde havia mais atrações do nosso interesse."

"Hotel recently transitioned from a Red Roof to a Sleep Inn. (Man at counter said it happened about a month ago) Much of the hotel seemed to be renovated- new flooring, updated bathrooms, new furniture, etc. Everything was clean. A/C worked well, shower was hot, and beds were comfortable. Only reason I rated it a good, not excellent, was the hours for the breakfast. On the weekends, breakfast starts at 7."
