The Space:
Private upstairs 2,000 square foot apartment with front balcony facing Magazine Street and a huge rare terrace with plenty of seating.

Guest Access:
Off-street parking only during non-business hours of Villa Vici (our business hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm.

The Neighborhood:
The penthouse is located on Magazine Street, with shopping and dining galore. It's above the super chic luxury furniture store, Villa Vici. It's a great area for walking or a run while admiring the city's beautiful architecture.

Getting Around:
Prime location for Magazine Street Bus Line and Über/Lyft pickup and drop-off. Gated off-street parking also provided.

Other Things to Note:
The penthouse sits above the Villa Vici showroom, which is open Tuesday thru Saturday, 10 am - 4 pm.
