Situated on vibrant Freret Street, you'll have easy access to the NOLA culinary scene, Tulane and Loyola Universities, and Audubon Park/Zoo.
The Space:

-Pull directly into the large off-street parking space and charge your car, SUV, or truck back up with the private Level 2 EV charger with compatible with most vehicles
-Fully enclosed private backyard with patio, wrought iron dining set, and Adirondak chairs
-Huge brand new Weber Genesis S-315 natural gas grill perfect for barbecuing with family and friends
-Desktop areas available to get work done
-Smart TVs
-Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet and multi-zone air conditioning/heat
-Large chef's kitchen complete with high quality pots, pans & knives, Vitamix blender, espresso machine, drip coffee and eclectic cookbooks
-Bath products, fresh towels, and hair dryers are provided for your convenience
-Washer/Dryer as well as iron & ironing board
LOCATION
-A short half mile trip directly down Freret Street to Tulane and Loyola Universities (10-15 minute walk)
-The 6-block heart of Freret Street is lined with tons of great restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores
-Located directly next door to Midori Japanese restaurant for an instant sushi or ramen fix and on same block as Mint Modern for a fun take on Vietnamese food
-Half block to Dat Dog where you can try authentic Louisiana hot dogs (our favorite is the alligator or crawfish with crawfish etouffee on top!)
-Walk 4 blocks to Trader Joe's and Rouses Market
-Stroll 5 blocks to the oak trees on Napoleon Avenue to catch a Mardi Gras Parade
-7 blocks to the world-famous St. Charles Avenue where you can catch a streetcar
-15-minute (3.5 miles) Uber/Lyft to Bourbon Street and Canal Street intersection at the edge of the French Quarter
-10-Minute (2.5 miles) drive to the Caesar’s Superdome and Smoothie King Center
-Convenient one block walk to Starbucks Coffee or try Mojo Coffee House or Rook Cafe down the street
-1 mile to Audubon Park (20 minute walk) and 2 miles to Audubon Zoo
KIDS
We welcome kids and upon request we can have the house stocked with the following to make your trip easy: high chair, lots of indoor and outdoor toys, children's books, two pack n' plays, children’s toilet seat and stroller. Please inquire for availability!
TRANSPORTATION
From beautiful sights, taste-bud-tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn't want to visit?! The house is equipped with a large off-street parking space with level 2 electric vehicle charger that is suitable for most electric vehicles. There is also additional FREE on-street parking on this block.
Public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft is also available.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the home during your stay. The owners have a separate unit on the property with private entrance and no shared walls that most people never notice.
Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! If you have any additional questions, we are available at any time to assist.
Other Things to Note:
Terrific for family gatherings, or to come and visit NOLA for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Essence Fest, French Quarter Fest, etc. I have additional spaces if needed, please feel free to message me with any requests. There is one security camera on the property located at the front entrance. This is recording 24/7 for security purposes.
Our house is dog friendly and there is a pet fee. No more than 4 dogs allowed. No cats allowed
