The host was great. Wyatt quickly responded to any question. He was informative and pleasant to talk to. The apartment was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect you are right in the middle of all the fun activities. The Trolley and public bus is right there and can get you anywhere else you want to go. We enjoyed it so much we can't wait to come back. I highly recommend this apartment.

Incredible location for the price! Close to everything in the French Quarter. Host was extremely fast in response to any and all requests. Zero issues! Will definitely stay here again when I visit NOLA next time!!!

I want to preface this review by saying Wyatt the host was very good at communication and accommodating by allowing us to check in slightly early and checkout an hour late as well. That aside, I'm not sure if the details in the listing were mixed up with a different property than where we stayed as many of the photos on the listing did not match the unit we were in. The property is indeed a two bedroom, two full bath property with king size beds. However, there was no video game machine or foosball table in the property as listed in the description which isn't a big deal for me, but it should accurately reflect the property for other guests. The unit overall was clean with an ample supply of clean towels and washcloths. It would be helpful for guests if some extra amenities such as extra Keurig cups (there was only 1 or 2) and some basic toiletries were available. The location is excellent, just off Bourbon Street in a secure building. Our unit was in an apartment or condo building on the second floor with an interior bedroom and street facing bedroom which I believe was Dauphine St. The sound level in the street facing room can be very loud, as the glass in the windows appears to be older and quite thin. However, this is due to location and this was mentioned in other reviews. Overall we were happy with our stay and would feel comfortable staying here again.

Location was great. Short walk to the area we were looking for. Parking garage was very safe. Security for the building was very secure. Short walk to downtown also had an option of jumping on the trolley, which if we ever come down there again we will try. Communication was great. Property was nice. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay close.

It was a handy location, great communication with the owner.Tho had noisy back bedroom with traffic, bars closing, barrier in street for safety clangs loudly 24 hours for the back bedroom. Great parking.owner gave timely responses.

The unit was clean and great location. Truly close to all the action on Bourbon Street. Just be very aware of the noise. Truly a city that never sleeps and now with the large grate and steel barriers directly outside the window on one side of the building make it impossiable to sleep. Bring your noise cancelling headphones.

Really, REALLY cool loft space. Plenty of room, comfortable beds/furniture, fun vibe to the place. You are, of course, right off of Bourbon St., so the late-night jazz party is to be expected. Not too much to handle, though. Check in was a little weird given you have to meet someone in a parking garage to get access to the place, but that was well communicated beforehand so itā€™s just a matter of executing what is communicated.

Great location. Property layout is excellent. Large rooms, comfortable. Property manager was excellent. Only issue is the unit could be cleaner. Shower curtain was dirty. Dust on lights. Overall nice property. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great experience at this location. The area was clean and larger than expected. The bedroom by the street was very loud as we had read in prior reviews but it did not stop us from having a great time. The host was easy to contact and quick to respond.

We are from San Antonio and upon arriving at the condo, we didn't expect all the roomy areas. All were immaculate and very clean. What a pleasant stay in NOLA we had. All the best in cafes and restaurants were only a couple of blocks away and the French Quarter..well, we were right in the middle of FQ. All of it was in walking distance. Parking was great also, in the same building. This is a definite plus!

Stayed for a few days and enjoyed the location. Very nice unit. Clean and as described. Older windows do allow for a bit of sound to come through and proximity to Bourbon Street means there is always sound.

This property was great. It is 1/2 block off Bourbon St., so itā€™s in the heart of the action and conveniently located near everything. However, with that comes the madness of Bourbon St that basically goes on throughout the entire night into early morning. If noise bothers you, you will have a hard time sleeping in this property. Bring earplugs and you may not need other sleep aids.

If you are looking to be in the heart of it all, and not specifically for peace and quiet, this is the spot. Excellent location. Well equipped, clean, and serviceable. Will definitely be reaching out and returning to this location.

This is a great location for the nightlife. Definitely located right on the same block as Bourbon Street. It is a very large apartment with great size rooms. We really enjoyed the roof top pool to cool down after walking the streets. Do not stay here if you cannot sleep through loud noises all night long. This is because of music from the bars, loud people on the streets, loud music from cars, trash trucks and street cleaners. The apartment itself is very nice and clean. As mentioned the bedding needs an upgrade. They could definitely use extra towels, blankets, pillow cases and kitchen towels. I would stay here again for the location, just realize all of the comments are correct when they say it is noisy all night long.
