This property is a newly renovated house in a peaceful neighborhood. There is a king bed in the primary suite and queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living area. The house has off street parking to fit multiple vehicles.
There are 40` Flat screen TV`s in all bedrooms. WiFi internet.
Living room has a 60` TV. The movie theater room has a 110` projector screen & 7.1 THX surround sound.
The entire house and backyard is all yours.

Quaint, quiet Gentilly where all the neighbors know each other and greet guests with a smile. There is a playground and green space around the corner from the house. It is in a perfect location for reaching anywhere in the city by car in no more than 15 minutes or public transportation. Within walking distance there is a Subway, Italian restaurant, grocery store and bakery. There is a Walgreens as well as a gas station less than 5 minutes away for conveniences. There is also a Walmart about a 5-7 minute drive away.
