Step out of the elevator and into a space where the pulse of New Orleans feels just a short walk away. This downtown condo puts you at the center of it all - French Quarter jazz, Canal Street dining, and Bourbon Street nights - while giving you a calm, curated retreat to return to. Natural light pours through the windows, catching the detail in the art on the walls and the clean lines of the interior.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is built around a king-size bed dressed in plush linens, with room-darkening shades that block out the city glow for a proper night's sleep. Ample clothing storage and hangers mean you can actually unpack and settle in.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and a full set of cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. A coffee maker and coffee are on hand for slow mornings, and wine glasses are ready for evenings in. Pull up a chair at the dining table or take your cup somewhere comfortable while you map out the day.

Living & workspace
The living area keeps things simple and functional. Stream whatever you like on the TV, connect to high-speed wifi, or settle into the dedicated workspace if you have work to catch up on. Everything you need is within reach without the space feeling overcrowded.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap - plus a hair dryer and hot water ready when you need them. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided, along with cleaning products and a washer and dryer for longer stays.

Rooftop gym & patio
One of the standout features of this building is the rooftop. Head up to the gym when you want to move, or step out onto the patio where outdoor furniture and a skyline view make it a natural place to decompress - morning coffee, evening cocktail, or simply a quiet moment above the city.

For families
Traveling with a little one? A pack 'n play/travel crib and high chair are available, along with babysitter recommendations if you want a night out on your own.

Getting around
The building has elevator access, a private entrance, and self check-in via smart lock - so arrival is smooth whenever you land. Air conditioning, heating, and a full set of safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place. Paid parking is available off premises.

Canal Street, Bourbon Street, and the French Quarter are all within walking distance. New Orleans has a way of pulling you in - the music, the food, the atmosphere - and this address puts you right in the middle of it.
