Property is in the Algiers section of New Orleans, on the West Bank of the Mississippi River. You will be only a hop, skip, and jump from Algiers/Canal Street ferry in Algiers Point, which is the second oldest neighborhood in New Orleans, younger only than the world famous French Quarter. The Point is filled with classic architecture and turn of the century homes that recall the slower pace of life of days gone by.

The property is located 1 exit from French Quarters. 7 miles from New Orleans Convention Center. 7.5 Miles from Superdome. Uber/Lyft cost on average is $12-15 to French Quarters/downtown. Mass transit bus stop within 20 yards. Algiers/New Orleans $3 pedestrian ferry 6 miles. New Orleans streetcar 5 miles. Shopping mall with Dillard's anchor 3.5 miles. Super Walmart 1.5 miles. Kids playground 1 mile.

The Townhome offers 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed/adjustable base with a comfortable Beautyrest Black mattress. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress and Twin ottoman bed. Each bedroom has private bath with tub, shower, and vanity.

Additional guests are anyone in the property past 8.p.m. If you add a guests after checking in we charge $25 per night per additional guests.

Early Check-in Fee: if possible early check in may be available between noon to 3 p.m. The early checkin fee will be $15 per hour early.

This property was conveniently located around a lot of stores. The house was cozy. The host were very helpful when needed and also had recommendations for places to visit while we were there. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Check in was extremely easy! I am so thankful that we found this gem! It was perfect for our group of 5. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors we met as we were coming and going were very kind. The unit was beautifully decorated. We were supplied with everything we needed plus more. The beds were so comfortable. It was so nice to have 2 1/2 bathrooms with our large group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom upstairs and then there is another 1/2 bathroom downstairs which was great for my daughter who slept downstairs. We enjoyed exploring the French Quarter. Itā€™s about 10-12 minutes from the room. The Solaris Parking Garage was our favorite place to park. It is located a short walk from the Hard Rock Cafe. We paid $15 for 3 hours and itā€™s valet parking. Also, our favorite experience was the swamp tour by Cajun Encountersā€™s. Itā€™s approximately a 30 minute drive from this location. We enjoyed visiting the City Park. We toured the Botanical Garden and it was beautiful. I hope this review helps someone. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Our host was amazing! He sent us a list of the all the best places to eat in New Orleans. This was by far the best experience Iā€™ve had booking through VRBO. This unit and host exceeded all my expectations!

It was good location for our stay, it was outdated, an a few things weren't working including the dryer that was in pieces on the floor at arrival, tvs were glitchy an couple other things but for what it was it worked for our short stay. Enjoyed NOLA though

First the place was NOT clean. Ceiling was leaking. Dryer didnā€™t work. Bedroom #1 ceiling fan didnā€™t work nor did the bathtub hold water. This has been the worst stay I have ever experienced.

We were woke up to the neighbors renovations at 6am and when host were notified they responded saying that they knew about the renovation process. We were notified that we were to get a partial refund due to all the noise next door, but we still have yet to receive anything nor an update about it.

The wife and I spent our 20 year anniversary in New Orleans. This was a very clean, nice place to stay. The owner was very nice and gave us some great ideas for places to eat and visit.

I never stayed at the property because as I landed in New Orleans and 8pm the day I was supposed to check in, the property owner canceled my trip. He stated that someone else was renting the property. I booked this location well in advance and paid for it. This left us with no where to stay. We had to pay an extra 250 dollars to stay at another property. Our first night in New Orleans was ruined attempting to find somewhere else to stay.

The property was very well maintained. It is on the other side of river from convention center. We bought a jazzy pass and took ferry over to other side. The bus šŸšŒ is at the corner if you donā€™t want to Uber The place had everything we needed and more. Quiet. Comfy beds and clean! Thank you

The location was in a urban area so that was a throw off to me, The host was nice and responded in a timely manner. The place itself was nicely decorated and clean. Me and my fiancĆ©e wasnā€™t pleased with not having enough towels to dry off with. Water was leaking from the ac so we had to watch the bathroom downstairs for puddles of water. The water was not hot. So we took semi warm showers the whole weekend. During the stay he called to come over and take a fan because one of his other properties ac went out. So overall I think the host has some things to work on when it comes to his properties. But it was a nice stay.

The townhouse itself was ok. When we pulled in there was trash all over. Some of the units had windows busted out, lawns not mowed and junk vehicles everywhere. Definitely NOT what we expected.

This was a beautiful home with everything you could want in a home away from home. Very comfortable and cozy. Each bedroom had it's own full bathroom plus one half bath downstairs (important for our family with a teenage daughter). The keycode lock on the door is super easy to figure out. The patio is fenced in and perfect for morning coffee and counting lizards šŸ˜€. You have your own parking space at the back of the building so you don't have to park on the street. The location is perfect to easily access everything! Most importantly, the owner is very nice and helpful.
