Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Public Transit:
The Famous Canal St. Streetcar line is just 3 blocks away and will take you directly to the French Quarter/Downtown (or City Park!) in about 15 minutes for $1.25/ride per person or $3 for a day pass.

Driving:
We are about an 5-minute drive to the French Quarter/Downtown area.

Ride-Sharing:
Uber/Lyft are $6-8 to and from the French Quarter/Downtown. All of our guests will receive new user Uber and Lyft Promo Codes!

Airport Transportation: We have partnered with a local transportation company to offer black car service to/from the Airport!

**Each floor has a washer and dryer available in the house.

**Video Survellance - Our property has security cameras placed throughout the exterior public areas of our home. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, etc, and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectation of privacy in these public areas of the property.

**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.** Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.

**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.
