This Gorgeous Ocean Retreat with Playroom (two roads from the sea) offers the perfect base for groups to enjoy a relaxing break by the coast and countryside.

Designed to be a true home from home, Seascape Chalet is a bright, airy and welcoming family holiday home set on a quiet residential street.

Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break, the house offers open plan living with a large seating area – ideal for family fun or for a big group to celebrate a special occasion. Complete with TV, and a stunning fireplace, the living room is a relaxing haven to return to after a day exploring the local attractions with sandy feet :)

The property has five generously sizedbedrooms, a large kitchen-diner, a small playroom and a well-maintained private garden with patio.

The brand new navy and white countryside modern kitchen has a large island – perfect for entertaining – and is bright, stylish and practical.

Equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and lots of high-quality crockery and utensils, it is a wonderful space to enjoy.

Likewise, the dining area seats 12 so there is plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together.

If you are staying with children you can make the most of your very own playroom that comes well-stocked with books and toys for a range of ages and games console.

This includes a selection of eco-friendly wooden toys, board games for all the family to enjoy, board and paper books, games console, puzzles and more. We can also provide highchairs, an infant travel cot, a bottle steriliser, baby bath, toddler steps, toddler toilet seats, child-friendly crockery and plug socket covers with prior notice.

Out and about you’ll find Seascape Chalet perfectly located to make the most of this beautiful spot on the southern edge of the New Forest National Park, a stone’s throw from the sand and shingle of Barton on sea beach.

Hot tub can be set up by us at an additional cost. Max 12 guests. Hen groups/stag group/young group celebrations please note.

We only accept very low key hen /stag/celebrations as elevated noise and disruption will not be tolerated, we will consider groups on a case by case basis and additional terms/deposit will apply.

We care about our community and do not want noisy groups or parties/ we reserve the right to terminate bookings immediately if this rule is not complied with and we get complaints from neighbours.
