"We had a wonderful stay at the Appalachian Resort hosted by Milagros & Sergio. They were incredibly friendly and gave us clear and helpful explanations from the start. The room was very clean, and it was great having the water park within walking distance. They also offered flexible early check-in depending on the situation, which we really appreciated. Whenever we had questions, they responded very quickly, so we felt completely comfortable during our stay. We would love to come back again!"

"This location was great for our purpose of visiting family in Port Jervis and was easy to find - even in the dark. Due to the lack of reviews, I'm guessing that this is a new listing and that there are kinks still being worked out. Without going into too much detail, there was no way the space had recently been cleaned and the description provided on the listing seems to be lifted from one of their other properties as there was no fire pit, no fireplace, no dishwasher and the house is definitely...

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Was as described, though some wear and tear. Took us awhile to figure out all the gizmos but eventually we did and all worked well. Bathroom shower was very nice as was the jacuzzi. Nice to walk the quiet woodsy streets. Overall was a very pleasant stay."

"Place was cute. The master bedroom was nice and comfortable. Didn’t cook on this trip but house had everything you would need. The little pond had frogs which were cute and we had a deer in the yard on the last morning which was fun to see. The hot water did smell like sulfur/rotten eggs but that seems common for this area. Angel responded very quickly when I had a question. This was very helpful. "

"This was my family’s first Vrbo experience and we couldn’t be more happy with the property! The owner, Henry, was very quick to respond when we needed a little guidance on to check in and also made sure to check in with me later on to see if we settled in ok. The property was super cute and quaint for our snowboarding trip. We cannot wait to come back again! "

"We stayed in this house for two nights. This place is amazing! It is very clean. The location is the best, the lake view, the property - everything is beautiful and relaxing. "We loved our stay here. This space/property is the perfect natural oasis/escape from the city; it was exactly what we were looking for, gorgeous natural light, lots of windows, a huge yard, tons of nature/animals, fire pit, hiking nearby, the river access is perfect and even an active bald eagle nest! I slept like a baby the entire trip. Checking in/out was easy. We absolutely will be coming back for round two asap - highly recommend staying here ! "
