"Tive muitos problemas no Hotel. Para começar no check-in . Me passaram um quarto que nao comportava as 5 pessoas da reserva. Me informaram que não possuiam quartos para 5 pessoas conforme a minha reserva no expedia. Me disseram que o erro foi do Expedia. Tive que pagar mais uma diaria."

"Pelo valor pago foi tudo bem!"

"The stay was great the only two things that would have made it better is a better breakfast selection that provides several gluten free options. While, the egg bites and Chobani Greek Yogurt were great those were the only gluten friendly options. Adding Oatmeal or a better variety of cereals would be better. The second thing is the TV Entertainment could include some premium channels. Overall, great stay , excellent location short walking distance to shopping and restaurants - no car needed!"

"Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!"
