Our 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is the perfect space for your next family vacation!
With 3 king beds, 3 queen beds, 4 full beds (bunkbeds), and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the main living room, you and your family will have plenty of space to relax and spend time together.
If you're staying put, there is plenty of things to do on the property! Enjoy the two-tiered putting green, take the kayaks out for a spin, or enjoy a family game-night!
Home Layout:
Upstairs (main level) ----------------------------------
Primary Bedroom with ensuite: 1 king bed, and streaming T.V. Walk-in-shower, double vanity, and towels provided.
Bedroom 2: 1 king-bed, luggage racks, closet, and streaming T.V.
Bedroom 3: 1 queen-bed, luggage racks, closet, and streaming T.V
Bathroom 2: walk-in shower, hair dryer, and towels provided.
Main Kitchen: fully functioning kitchen with a electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, and plenty of counter space! Fully stocked with everything you need, as you would cook in your own home. The coffee bar is located inside the pantry, equipped with a Keurig and/or a full pot to brew.
Mudd Room/Laundry Room: Two sets of top/bottom washer and dryers. Both fully functioning and ready for use. Please follow the posted instructions for use.
Dining Room: Full size family dining table. Not enough chairs? Go ahead and extend the table; the leaf is built in! You will also find several family games available for your use. For the adults, there is a poker set in the pantry. And, don't forget to sign the guest book!
Main Living Room: Two couches and a coffee table. The couch facing the deck is also a sleeper sofa. If you need to use it, please push the whole sofa down, NOT the coffee table - as the coffee table is shockingly heavy. Return all components to their original spots when done with the sofa bed.
Please use the remote on the wall for the fan - if needed.
The T.V is the picture on the wall. You will find a small white remote to the right of the T.V hanging on the wall, next to the fan remote. You are welcome to use the T.V as if it were your own, but please log out of your accounts before checking out - as I cannot guarantee the next guests will not see your information if you leave it in the T.V.
**All bedroom T.V's are set up for guests use. When you turn on the T.V, select your check-out date and the T.V. will erase all your information on the check-out date you select, automatically.
Downstairs (beach access) ----------------------------------------------------

Downstairs main living space: Wraparound cozy couch and T.V. The T.V is the picture on the wall. You will find a small white remote to the right of the T.V hanging on the wall, next to the fan remote. You are welcome to use the T.V as if it were your own, but please log out of your accounts before checking out - as I cannot guarantee the next guests will not see your information if you leave it in the T.V.

Bar/Pool Table Area: Please treat the pool table with care. Please, no drinks, pets, or children on the pool table. Also, please treat the dartboard and game system with care to!
The bar is equipped with basic bartender supplies, and plenty of drink wear. Please use any glass pieces cautiously, and do not take any glass on the beach - use the plastic ones.
Beach: Please use the designated smoking areas when outside. Keep the fire in the firepit, and return all toys back to their home when you are done using them.
After playing on the beach, please use the outdoor shower to rinse off, to try and minimize the amount of sand the ends up going down our drains.

BOAT OWNERS NOTE: There are a few public boat launch areas located near the property: Buckhorn CR G Boat Landing Castle Rock County Park is the closet! Others include: Castle Rock Dam Boat Launch, Yellow River Boat Access, and Launch D on Castle Rock Lake.
Please note: There is no launch point, or motorized watercrafts allowed on the lake. Access in and out are only available from the backyard.
Swimming in the lake is at your own risk.
Also note, the property is located in a new development area - so, there is ongoing construction around the property/area.
No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring. No firewood provided, guests would need to bring their own.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building. Please do not leave cigarette buts on the property.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
Safety: Please note: There are several outdoor cameras in the following locations: front door, above garage, backyard left, backyard right, and both sides of the house. There are NO cameras in the home itself.
