"Bed was supposed to be king sized but that was the smallest king sized bed ive seen, at best thay was a queen size but they said that is their king sized room. Bed was very uncomfortable. When my husband moved it immediately bounced me on my side. Felt like i was in a trampoline not a bed. I asked them to make the extra bed in couch and they barely left any covers for that bed. "The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, We expected a Marriott property to be better maintained. The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! "This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. There were rats in by room coming from the bathroom. We stayed all of 5 hours before realizing the severity of the problem. The staff was helpful in immediately issuing a refund and a full refund to Expedia- which we received in 3 days. Some advice - just shut it down! "The room itself was ok but there isn’t much in the room, quite literally a fridge, tv, bathroom, bed and chair. Pretty simple and was ok but apart from the actual room it could help some better smell and cleaning."

"Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable."
