The space
This welcoming home offers spacious bedrooms and multiple sleeping areas, plus a basement with an additional lounge for relaxing. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a four-seat dining table, while the living room provides a cozy spot to unwind. With sitting areas upstairs and down, traditional décor, and a peaceful setting, it’s perfect for reading, relaxing outdoors, or enjoying the shade of the trees.
Guest access
This single-family home is set in a peaceful residential neighborhood, offering self check-in and quiet hours for a relaxing stay. Bedrooms are assigned based on the number of guests, and unused rooms may be locked to conserve extra cleaning. Solo travelers will have one room, couples share one room, and additional rooms open as needed. Bedroom 1, 2, and 4 feature queen beds, Bedroom 3 offers two full beds, and Bedroom 5 has a full bed. Extra guests beyond six are $100 per person, per night.

The home includes stairs.

There are exterior cameras on the premises along with a noise monitor.

No garage access.

Home not suitable for small children ages 3 and under.

The living room couch is for seating only, not for sleeping.

Bathtubs/showers are not handicapped accessible.

Gym on property includes free weights. Guests must use caution, lift within their ability, and have a spotter for heavy lifts. Use of equipment is at your own risk.

The firepit is available for your use. For safety: only use outdoors, never leave it burning unattended, and ensure the fire is completely out before leaving the area. We want to help keep everyone safe.

Fire extinguisher inside the kitchen and also outside near the grill.

Self check-in is available for your convenience.

House rules:
-Minimum age to rent is 25 years and older.
-Please respect check-in and check-out times.
-No Smoking in unit or on premises. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
-Small gatherings are allowed with a minimum of ten people. No loud crowds or noise. Be respectful of neighbors. Any damages will result in a cleaning fee of $225+. If there are more people staying at the property than the booking states, an additional charge of $100 per night/ per guest will be applied.
-No weapons allowed in unit or on premises.
-Photo IDs mandatory for occupants.
-Make sure door is always closed and locked upon entry and leaving.
-Remove shoes at the door upon entering.
-Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
-Please do not remove any items from the home that don’t belong to you.
-Please only eat and drink in the kitchen area or dine in the dining room.
-During your stay, please keep rental property free of visible trash. Please dispose of trash properly in the trash bin.
-Please don't rearrange the furniture.
-Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
-Please do not open and close windows. If you open windows please close upon exiting the unit. Do not leave them open or unlocked upon exiting. Don’t open screens.
