"Stayed here for our anniversary and found the room clean & updated. Plenty of parking, good location and a great brew restaurant next door. You get a 10% discount to the restaurant. We enjoyed breakfast, the coffee was nice & strong & the service fast & friendly.
The king bed was very comfy, the bathroom with shower was small but very clean, the shower walls are so cool and the light/fan in the bathroom gives you an option to have a black light (purple), on our next visit I would book the king...

"Great check in. All seemed clean until we opened the microwave and their was pizza from previous guests in there! That was a bit alarmingly but hey, everyone makes mistakes. Just hope we had clean sheets haha

"This is our second time staying here this summer and it has been great both times. Staff is very friendly. Check-in/check-out is quick. The breakfast has good options and is satisfying. Overall, this will be our go-to when visiting RI. "

"Room stunk of cleaning materials. Never received 6:30am wake up call. Bar TV did not have cable for college football. When I arrived, numerous people smoking weed in large patio in back of hotel. Location was great. Parking was fine. I was alone so no problem. I would not recommend for families "

"My room was pretty bad it smelt like an old locker room and it looked like it hasnât been updated in years, also had issues with the keys. The women at the front desk was excellent and I felt bad for her because there so many issues with a lot of peopleâs room. The room next to us had no tv or phone because they ask us if we had them. Another guy told me his air conditioner was broke and he knew that because the cover wasnât even on it. Probably wonât stay at this location again "
"Rooms are very clean and decorated like a home bedroom. I stayed in the large room with 2 queen beds. Beds are very comfortable and the room is very large with a big flat screen Tv, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. AC worked great. "
