"By far this has been the best place we have stayed at. Clean , excellenct accommodation, great communication, beautiful view from the back porch, quiet , restful. It feels like you're away from it all but only a short drive to several near by towns. Give this place a try you won't be disappointed. Great place for a couple."

"This place was perfect for our weekend. Its an older house that has been upgraded. Bathroom is small but it was perfect for us two. Neighborhood is older and quiet. We would most definatly stay here again. "

"Check in was so easy.Kitchen was clean and stocked with most necessities, although we really didn’t need anything since we were not there most of the day. Bed was very comfortable we slept great. Home was close to grocery and restaurants. "

"Nice property, clean! Its on well water. Could use some modern updates but overall a nice home to stay in. Bring a hair dryer. AC worked well as it was 95deg every day. Has hot tub but it was too hot for that. Id stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was warm, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The house is well-stocked with plenty of amenities, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location is also fantastic. Close to everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming getaway."

"We spent three nights at this property and we loved every second of our stay.This property, the Cardinal, provided for an extraordinarily quaint, cozy, and peaceful getaway in Muncie. "This was a really neat idea, and the kids were very excited to stay in an RV. I will start by saying it was very clean. It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. The location was also not optimal because it was right next to the main road where you could hear every car, and the entrance was across from what looked like a lot of junk. . we had to deal with a dog barking all night, long, but we made the best of all this. "My wife and I traveled with our 2 dogs and required a property that was away from the big city. This was perfect! Exactly as advertised. Greenfield is a lovely town and we enjoyed it and it's restaurants. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen was super. Easy commute to Indy. Our dogs enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood and the historic Pennsky trail. Thanks for a fantastic stay."

"We loved this very unique property. It was just as described. Beds were comfortable and parking was convenient. Owner was very responsive when we called because of an AC problem on a 90 degree day, and he had it repaired while we were at dinner. Did not impact our stay at all! I highly recommend for a unique get away. Loved the free breakfast/coffee option at a local coffee shop too - that was not expected. "

Mid century modern decorations were amazing and fun to live with, especially for us senior citizens, since we grew up in that era! "The house was wonderful. So many thoughtful touches, water in every bedroom, full coffee service, robes and slippers, more towels than we could have used. It was lovely with beautiful touches throughout the home. Lots of historical significance there and the story of the home was shared on a table by the front door. We will definitely stay there again if in the area to visit family! "
