We weren't at the house much due to the party help we were offering and the party itself but the time we were there we were all very comfortable. "This place was perfect for our family vacation. It was a close commute to Glenwood Springs which was where we spent most of our time. Kitchen was well equipped and blackstone grill was a nice addition. Kids had fun playing volleyball and bean bag game. Would definately book this again if we are ever back in this area. "

"Our Colorado room was beautiful. We appreciated the beautiful decor, air conditioning, far over bed, fireplace and shampoo and soap since we forgot ours, and complimentary drinks in fridge and a wonderful breakfast in the morning and coffee with creamer. We will be back again. "

"We loved this place! Very clean and cozy. Very easy to get to off the Highway, and nestled back against the mountain to offer a beautiful view. We had 7 people there and there was plenty of room. The yard is done so nicely and very inviting to relax either in a hammock next to a little stream or in the hot tub. "This place was the cherry on top of a great weekend away in Glenwood. The property was a blast for our preschool boy! He loved everything from the tee-pee & the sand pit to the fairy gardens & bunkbed-his imagination was running all weekend. We were greeted by the hosts who made us immediately feel welcomed into their clean, safe, simple, easy to get to space. Traveling with an infant (1 year) isn’t easy but the coziness & simplicity of this space made it possible. We hope to visit again soon! "

"Unfortunately, our experience was a disaster from start to finish. We received no check-in info prior to arrival and couldn’t reach the host despite multiple calls and messages. We had to find a hotel at midnight. The next day, we finally got a response and were promised a refund for the first night.
