This comfortable home is 1168 sq feet and features two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The home boasts a total of three flat screen smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms - Internet enabled so you can log in to your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime accounts.

The living room provides ample comfortable seating and boasts a large leather sofa with ottomans and a luxury Coddle me Queen size convertible sofa bed.  75" UHD Smart TV.    The kitchen is fully stocked to satisfy any cook (even on holiday) - there's even a Keurig Coffee / Tea station.  The dining area offers an industrial style crank table with seating for 6 while an additional pub table in the living area will seat up to 3 more.

The master bedroom is furnished with a beautiful wooden cottage style king bed and twin bunk bed.  This room has an En-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower and private access to the side patio.  The large guest room is furnished with a vintage-style Queen size iron bed and twin bunk bed.  The guest room enjoys hallway access to a large full bathroom with garden soaking tub / shower.  The King and Queen beds feature luxury Posh+Lavish Oeko-Tex Certified mattresses  while the bunk beds feature Oeko-Tex certified cooling memory foam mattresses. You'll enjoy luxurious crisp hotel linens and towels, down/feather and memory foam pillows, and complete hotel bath amenities.    Enjoy access to an indoor laundry room with new front load washer and dryer and three outdoor patios.

Outdoors, you'll find a relaxing oasis!  The ZunkHouse Platz and the backyard outdoor living area are ready for you to enjoy! The original one car garage was made into a fabulous covered area where families and friends can enjoy great fellowship. There's a Texas sized firepit to sit around, or, if you are feeling a little competitive,  enjoy the washer pit installed in the backyard for some good clean fun!  Grill your burgers and steaks and enjoy outdoor dining under twinkling overhead lights. Cowboy pool now available! Cool in the summer and can be **heated for use in the winter!  It's all waiting for you to come and enjoy. Plus the location is awesome! Located a few doors away from the 'Tube Chute' on the Comal River in downtown New Braunfels!! Home is in the historical heart of New Braunfels on an original lot deeded in the year 1845.

Winter Texans Welcome!! Due to our mild Texas climate...Fall and Winter are both wonderful months to visit and explore New Braunfels, PLUS the surrounding areas & towns. During the Holiday Season, there are countless activities, festivals and events to attend. There is fun to be had by all ages from Movies In The Park, two local Theatres featuring excellent plays by local artists, numerous musical venues, superb dining, beautiful parks, walk & bike trails, good golf and so much more! One visit to New Braunfels and you too will see why everyone keeps coming back...year round!!
