Nice cozy place in the perfect spot. You can walk across the street and go in Schlitterbahns back entrance and exit the Comal here. Took an 8yp and 10yo. Definitely would stay here again.

This condo was awesome! It was central to all locations we needed. We tubed the river, went to the Schlitterbahn and stayed in the pool the rest of the time. Schlitterbahn was right across the street! We had all the tubes we needed in the storage(awesome, big bonus). Beds were comfortable too! We had an awesome time and when we come back to see our daughter we will definitely book this place again.

Came for a baseball tournament but had some fun at the pool! Also in the river!!! Tubes were provided. It was an amazing weekend with my family. We will be back!

The condo was very nice and we had a relaxing getaway. We had everything we needed (except ice - no ice maker and only 2 ice trays). 4 of us were very comfortable and access to the river is perfect. The pool and hot tub were clean and not overly crowded. After 3 nights I still donā€™t want to leave! We plan to come back and stay here again.

Convenient location close to everything you'll need. Easy in and out access to river. Pool and hot tub was absolutely great for relaxing. Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and they supply all needed linens. They have river tubes with pump which saved us a lot of money. We will never stay at any other condo in New Braunfels except for this one. EXCEPTIONAL!!

In terms of the actual property, loved it. However, the actual condo we were staying in was not easy to find and took over an hour to actually get into the property due to having to wait on the phone. Hot tub did not work until final day. Overall would stay again but, there were unnecessary obstacles that were irritating.

Our condo was very comfortable and homelike! Owners supply all thats needed. Floating the river was great even with the heat. Schlitterbaun was crowded but fun. Our family stayed here for 6 nights. Proximity to Schlitterbahn was perfect allowing us to walk back & forth during the day if needed. Excellent location for floating the Comal with an entry point right out the front door & across the street. The condo was well stocked and we appreciated all the tubes & the pump. Parking right outside front door was convenient. Complex was quiet and we felt safe. However, the cleanliness of the condo was unacceptable. The master bed was broken which required a repairman. The fridge is not a good first impression upon entering due to be covered in rust. Bathroom fan did not work well which made sharing 1 bathroom between 4 a challenge. I appreciated that some of my concerns were addressed promptly by the host but it certainly put a damper on our stay. We provided detailed feedback to the owner who will hopefully address with the property manager. If these issues get addressed then this place would easily be a 5/5 rating.

I booked this condo b/c the reviews I read online were all extremely favorable. As far as location, it is within walking distance of the park, which was great. The condo itself, however, was lacking in several basic amenities that (I assumed) came standard in 2023. First and foremost, the AC unit was locked and couldn't be changed without a password. At one point, it was 75 degrees inside and we were all sweaty and miserable. I've stayed places that had a set temperature range to control misuse, but I've never had anyone completely lock it down. Total BS move! Secondly, the kitchen was abysmal. On top of being super tiny, the refrigerator was dingy, had mold growing in the freezer and had NO ICE MAKER...which tells you how old it was! We had to buy ice since the ice trays couldn't keep up. The dish scrub brush provided didn't dispense soap and looked like it had about 10 yrs worth of old food stains on it. There was nothing in the form of food storage containers so we had to wrap our disposable storebought containers in paper towels until we could go buy some. There were several blinds missing in the living room so any/everyone who walked past the condo had a clear view of everything going on inside. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom had three speeds: slow, slower, slowest. The second bedroom had no ceiling fan at all and no TV. I wish I had searched a bit longer and found a different condo with owners willing to invest minimal dollars in these basic necessities/comforts.

The property was fine, the location is perfect, the hot tub is cold. The communication was lacking, the company did not honor what their employee promised. And was not even aware that the said employee had made that promise until it was too late. There may be some HR issues.

This condo was perfect for our stay in New Braunfels! The condo is completely updated, comfortable, and adorable. The owners even provided nice touches like a welcome package, coffee pods, and plenty of info about the condo and local area. We used one of the local tubing companies to do a long tube down the Comal on the first day. Once we got to the condo after our long tube, we were happy to discover that we could enter the Comal River across the street from the property and float for 30 minutes back to the condo. The condo has a private exit from the river. The owner provided lots of tubes for us to use while we were there. My daughter and I did the 30 minute loop several times. It was very relaxing. The property is also conveniently located near schlitterbahn. The owners were super helpful and very communicative. My whole family (including one hard-to-please teenager) loved our trip to New Braunfels!

We chose this condo for a girls weekend away to float the Comal and enjoy Gruene and the rest of New Braunfels. It was everything we were hoping for and more. The condo is absolutely immaculate and recently redone in a fun mid-century modern style. You can tell the owners went out of their way to make it a fun and comfortable place to stay. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, lots of beds, and is conveniently on the first floor. There was even a little goodie bag of treats and essentials when we checked in. The beds were comfortable and we had fun checking out the record player and playing some of the games--including Cards Against Humanity. The owners were very responsive when we had any questions. We chose to rent tubes, but the owners let us know there were some in the storage closet available for us to use for free. The condo is in a nice complex and convenient to Schlitterbahn and the Comal. The complex has its own river entrance shortly before the Last Public Exit, so you could easily bring your own tubes and hop out right on the property. There is another entrance to the Comal below the bridge a very short walk away (like 2 minutes) which would allow for a fun 30 minute quick float. The condo is also very convenient to downtown New Braunfels. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Perfect for ladies weekends, bachelorette parties, or families.
