Second floor condo, with vaulted ceilings and double sliding glass doors, that are floor to ceiling, opening out to a gorgeous patio with spectacular views of the river. Perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or finishing the day with a glass of wine. With direct river access you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. Rio Guadalupe Resort is located right next door to rent tubes and shuttle service. You can also take a dip in our brand new pool. There is something to do for everyone. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.

This beautiful condos comes fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The living room has an amazing view of the river and opens out to a fabulous covered patio with ample seating and a gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped including toaster, blender, coffee maker (both standard drip and Keurig), and more. The dining table seats 6. The master bedroom has a king sized bed as well as a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second guest room offers two twin beds. Guest bathroom is located conveniently near the living room and guest rooms. There is cable TV in the living room and all bedrooms as well as free internet. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The condo sleeps six comfortably in beds. Bring an air mattress to accommodate 2 additional guests. Maximum occupancy not to exceed 8 guests at all times.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. If you have more that 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. No daytime guests allowed.

The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces.
