Our totally renovated and newly decorated 2B/2B condo is conveniently located on the famous Guadalupe River!! We are 3 minutes from Schlitterbahn and 5 minutes from downtown New Braunfels (Historic Gruene Hall, shopping & restaurants are appr 2 miles from our place.) Great for couples or family vacations to enjoy time with family and friends enjoying Music, German festivals, floating the river, or enjoying the Texas sun at Texas' #1 grand-daddy of all water parks, Schlitterbahn!

Short break from the day after day

We took a weekend away just to break up a mild rut. This was a nice quiet place to get away without getting too far away. Plenty of room for the five of us to spread out. Very clean accommodations.

Kids first time in New Braunsfels

We had such a great trip! Every morning was spent on the patio drinking coffee and listening to the birds. My kids adored the bunk room and the condo had all we needed and more. We also daily explored and played in the river right by the condo. It was such an enjoyable place to stay for my kids first time here.

Close to the water park and downtown

The owner is an excellent communicator. The kids loved the bunk beds! We enjoyed watching the deer from the balcony in the mornings, and fireflies in the evening. The unit is on the third level. Hiking up and down the stairs with kids and gear was a challenge. There is an elevator but it’s on the opposite side of the unit and parking spot, so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. The living room furniture was uncomfortable so it was hard to lounge after a long day of play. The unit is equipped with three smart TVs which my kids LOVED; however, the TV in the master bedroom did not work. This unit is located right on the Guadalupe. Lots of adults were able to use this as an access point to the river, but is too rough if you have kids under 10. The pool is nice and always packed! The hot tubs were halfway drained and green while we were there. This place is a great value as it can accommodate many guests and feels homey.

What a nice place!!

What a great place! The host thought about every detail and thing that you could possible needed and it was there! Decoration is super nice, the view from the balcony so relaxing and the kids enjoyed watching the deer, so many of them! We are definitely will be back!

Nothing but great things to say. Place was perfect for a friends getaway. Loved the decor. Loved the patio which we used a lot. Loved the deer, fox, and squirrel watching. Communication was great. Place had everything we needed. Would love to go back.

Comfortable stay for a family of 5

Pat was a great host; the communication was very detailed and all questions were answered timely. The unit accommodated our family of five (3 teenagers) perfectly. The bunk room for the teens was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked, though we didn't really utilize it during our stay. Having a dryer was nice so we didn't have to pack wet things on departure. The living room furniture was comfortable to sit on and lounge. The bathrooms are nicely updated and were clean. I was not a fan of the bunk bed in the main bedroom and would have preferred a nice queen bed, but that is just my preference and something I overlooked during the booking process. And the only suggestion to add would be to have something to put clothes in to in the main bedroom area as we had to utilize our suitcase. The property is great and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub all three nights and enjoyed playing in the river.

Very, Very pleased!

From the beginning, communication with the owner was GREAT. Especially being a holiday weekend, with new state orders among the COVID virus, we felt super comfortable and the property had literally everything we could possibly think of.

Perfect in Every Way

Of all the trips we have taken to the Comal/Guadalupe River area, this is the best place we have ever stayed. Being able to walk to both rivers and Schlitterbahn made the trip even more relaxing. Our older kids were able to walk one direction to the water park and the other direction to the Guadalupe River. The kids enjoyed being able to walk up the street and then float back to the condo. We even walked to Prince Solms Park and dropped in the Comal. The Condo is updated and there were plenty of beds and seating for everyone who stayed with us. There were also plenty of items to cook within the kitchen. The communication with the host before and during the stay was excellent.

Delightful apartment in relaxing area!

Everything was picture-perfect in this apartment. We loved enjoying the weather on the back patio, and the open area next to the complex was very peaceful. Pat was super easy to work with! Comfortable beds and furnishings.

The place was everything we needed & more. Quiet neighborhood. Close enough to drive to all major highlights of the area. Cheap enough to Lyft/Uber as well. Full furnished, even with minor things you may forget to pack yourself. Owner is amazing & so accommodating! Would def stay again!

Gathering on Guadalupe

We loved our stay. The accommodations for our family of 6 were perfect. The beds were comfortable, kitchen perfectly stocked and even labeled. The location was amazing and the river access was wonderful and never crowded. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others (as long as we weren’t looking at the same dates😉). Pat is a wonderful host and has every detail covered. My children loved the snacks and little touches.

This site is simply everything you need and want!! Pat has thought of all you might need and made you feel right at home. Everything from the location to the decor was Terrific!! And the view was so relaxing!! Tell all your friends!! This is the only place to stay in New Braunfels!!❣️☀️❣️👍🏻❣️
