Beach is about an hour’s drive away.
The Harbour Pointe Golf Course is open. The Shoreline Golf Course is closed. Please contact the guest services staff for more information.

Resort Management Group check-in address is at 475 Broad Creek Road New Bern, Front Desk hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday & Sunday.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
Reservations booked in the VRI association should check-in at 1141 Broad Creek Road, New Bern. Front Desk hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday - Sunday. For after-hours check-in, call 252-633-1071.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an e-mail confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have included this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.



The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. ET. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Fairfield Mountains is Asheville Regional Airport which is 21 miles by car respectively.
