"This sweet hideaway was exactly what I needed. Close to the places I wanted to visit, yet hidden away under the shady oaks. I loved having coffee on the deck every morning, (in the hot tub!) listening to birds (grackle and house sparrows) and watching the antics of the squirrels. Bonus: a new public library just around the corner! The guest house is comfortable, super clean, and extremely well stocked. My favorite Starbucks coffee for the Keurig, snacks, robes- not a detail was left out. I hope...

"Extremely cozy cabin within a brisk walk to the river. Beautiful area, we saw deer and a little coyote but it wasn’t bothering anybody. Even though it’s in a “resort” it’s quiet and we saw a couple other guests next to the river. Tom, the manager, was extremely quick to help us with any issues with the house but if you need to contact him, a phone call is the best option. This place was amazing and if we ever visit San Antonio or New Braunfels again this will be the spot we go to."

"Randy was very responsive to messages. House was spacious for our group with plenty of sleeping spaces! Loved the large dining tables so we could all dine together. The pool allowed us to have an day of relaxation after a full day of shopping on Friday."

"We were in San Antonio for my mother’s funeral and needed a big house to accommodate my family of 14. This house was perfect. The grand kids enjoyed being outside all day. The adults played pool and card games. So much space none of my adult children had to fight over a room. The beds were extremely comfortable and house was always cool.
