"The staff, especially Kayla, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. She really made a positive impression and provided excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, there was a power issue around 2:30 a.m. on my last night that caused the air conditioning to stop working. The room phone also kept shutting off and rebooting, making a loud chiming noise each time. I reported the issue, but the response time was much slower than expected. The room became hotter by the...

"I loved the entire property. I felt like i was on a cruise because of the stairway and lay out then I look outside and see that we’re not moving. I loooved that there were 3 pools. The food in all the places was yummy. Breakfast buffet was the best. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I give 8/10 because the beach was not good. If I return to st kitts I will be staying at the Marriott. I only left the property once. I was never bored."

"St Kitts and Nevis is simply amazing. The people are the nicest we've met. The Marriott was amazing and the location perfect. Definitely will be back. Vacation Camdy was great to rent through. Tips Reggie Beach, Carambola Beach, Rock Lobster, Sweet and Savory, Indian restaurant right across from Marriott and a day trip to Nevis."

"Nice resort with plenty of amenities but being on the East Coast the sargassum was too much. Couldn’t get in the water and it stunk. Book on the Caribbean side if you want to get in the ocean. Offered limited shuttles and times but early returns and very crowded"
