"I appreciated that the photographs are basically what you see is what you get. First floor unit. Everything was clean. Who doesn't love a heated toilet seat? We did not cook there so cannot speak to kitchen but looks like a basic set-up. The gym was a little weird to find and, once there, a bit strange in what it did / did not offer. Henry was easy to communicate with and when we needed a couple things, the cleaning woman was around and very sweet and helpful. Easter /spring break weekend and so...

"Matt was very communicative when we had questions. We just have two suggestions. 1. That entry door is no beuno! Felt like the dead lock opened but the handle lock didn’t. 2. Desperately needs lighting in kitchen and dining room thank goodness for the time change and we had light longer. It would be more helpful if you had a physical notebook of instructions, suggestions like You can walk to Arsenal Park with kiddos, and menus of nearby restaurants.
