"We reserved a king size bed 4 months ago. When we checked in, they didn't have one. They offered 2 queens for the same price. Four months should have been enough time to let us know they didn't have what we reserved. The carpets in the public areas needed vacuuming and/or a good cleaning. The bases of the lamps in the room were dirty. There was no clock. The tv and remote were confusing. Staff were friendly."

"The hotel was reasonably priced. My issues with it were that a couple of the white bath towels had stains on them that made them disturbing to use once I noticed them. From the smell of the towels, the stains were old, not from us. "After waiting 15 minutes for the previous couple to check in due to the credit card machine not working, the incompetent desk clerk advised me that she could not give me the room I reserved and paid for in advance because the computer said I stole 2 pillows on a visit in 2015.
I have never stayed in this hotel prior to 2022, but she insisted the computer has flagged me for stealing.
I explained that I stayed there six days earlier, but got nowhere with this person.

"The facility was older but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was satisfactory, but the bathroom was in poor shape. The bathtub had some type of epoxy like they use on boats all over the bottom of the tub. It was bumpy and peeling. The bathtub was very uninviting. I contemplated not showing because it looked like the stuff on the tub would come off. I would definitely not take a bath."

"For a $140 a night I would expect clean bedding and towels at the very least. Our room was so dirty that we slept in our clothes on top of the linen. If we were not so tired from our drive we would have just left and slept in our car.
If you are curious on the depravity of the world and want to see the drug epidemic in full swing this is the tourist experience for you.
If you want to feel safe and clean do yourself a favour and do not stay here.
