Hofleben Reiner Vacation Apartment

Nestled in the heart of beautiful nature, between the Bavarian Forest and the Passau region, the Hofleben vacation rental, run by the Reiner family, awaits you. Here you’ll find a spacious living, kitchen, and dining area featuring a high-quality wood-burning stove and complimentary firewood. Solid wood floors and high-quality wooden furniture give the vacation rental a “chalet” feel. The kitchen is stocked with a small selection of basic groceries. The two bedrooms are furnished with Swiss stone pine beds, and the bathroom features a large shower. The apartment has three balconies facing east, south, and north (80 square meters). Free Wi-Fi, TV, bed linens, and towels, as well as housekeeping (once a week), are included; parking is free. A large garden and barbecue area are, of course, available for guests to use. The apartment is located on the first floor and is therefore not wheelchair accessible. Seasonal and regional products can be purchased at the on-site farm store. Twice a month, fresh farmhouse bread is baked in our own wood-fired oven. Baking classes and herb walks can be booked separately. In the fall (Sept.–Oct.), it’s harvest time here, and we traditionally make apple juice and distill schnapps. You can reach Passau, the “City of Three Rivers,” in 20 minutes by car. Signposted hiking trails, such as the Ilztal Hiking Trail, are accessible from the accommodation. E-bikes can be rented at the accommodation for a fee and a deposit. (Please register in advance.) The Bavarian Forest ski and hiking region is about a 40-minute drive away. Dogs are, of course, also welcome here by prior arrangement.
