Apartment "Elfriede" with Terrace, Garden & Wi-Fi

The cozy apartment Elfriede is located outside of Neukirch, between the Allgäu and Lake Constance and not far from the neighbouring countries of Switzerland and Austria with a host of excursion destinations and leisure activities. The 30m² apartment on the upper floor is finely furnished with consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen (no oven but microwave grill) with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite television. A washing machine and a dryer can be provided on request as well as an iron and board, toys and board games.

Guests have access to the private and sunny roof terrace (16m²) with a parasol and furniture as well as to the fenced communal garden area with a barbecue and nice playground for children.

There is a bus stop directly in front of the house with connections to Wangen and Tettnang. In the village of Neukirch, a 4-minute drive (1.2 km) away, you will find a supermarket, a restaurant and cash terminals, and a bakery can be found 6 km or a 7-minute drive away in Laimnau. In Wangen, you will also find many shops, cafés, restaurants and pharmacies. The area offers numerous great hiking and cycling opportunities through scenic landscapes, like the popular hiking route “Hasenpfad”. The closest beaches, where you can swim in the clear blue water of Lake Constance with lovely views of the Swiss Alps in the background, are 20-25km away. The pretty centre of Friedrichshafen, a 30-minute drive (20 km) from Neukirch, invites you to visit the Zeppelin museum, stroll about the lake promenades and explore its beaches.

Solar energy is used. Infant equipment such as lattice bed, baby crib and highchair will be provided on request.

A sofa bed for a 3rd guest can be provided on request.

Eggs are available at the henhouse; milk at the cow shed. EV-charger is 1-2km from the property.
