The house was completely renovated in early 2010 and brought up to the latest standards for tourist accommodations. The entire interior features high-quality finishes. The floors in the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and hallway are tiled. The bedrooms have cork flooring. The house impresses with its attention to detail.

The indoor seawater pool and its facilities are about 400 meters away, and the heart of Neuharlingersiel—the harbor—is about 700 meters away.
