Holiday Home 'Großzügiges Modernes' with Shared Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The SIELZEIT house accommodates a large, modern, light-flooded vacation apartment in Nordic design with space for eight guests, or up to 12 guests by arrangement for families.



On the ground floor you will find a living area of over 60 square meters with kitchen, small study and guest WC with shower room. From the first floor you have access to the spacious garden with two large terraces.



On the second floor you will find four bedrooms with two bathrooms. Each room has a double box-spring bed. Two rooms have access to the balcony.



A cozy addition to the vacation home is the attic, which can be accessed via the master bedroom.



The architect's house is designed in a modern Nordic style. Lovers of purist style elements who do not want to do without a cozy living area will get their money's worth here. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows open up a clear view of the vast East Frisian landscape and the surrounding waters.



The vacation home has WLAN, a large flat-screen TV and small stereo equipment. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage.



The house is located in a traffic-calmed zone with two playgrounds. A parking space is available on the premises. A promenade leads directly from the property to Neuharlingersiel harbor and the beach of the North Sea resort.



The first floor is not barrier-free according to legal standards, but it can be accessed without thresholds or steps. All doors and the floor-level shower have an 80 cm wide opening that can be used by wheelchair users. There is a sofa bed in the study.



Storage facilities for bicycles or baby carriages are available by prior arrangement. A four-legged companion can also be brought along and stay on the first floor.
