"Apesar da boa localização e da boa ambientação,o tamanho do quarto decepcionou comparando com a fotos na Internet. Numa conversa tarde da noite fomos surpreendidos com alguém batendo na parede oposta, o que comprova o isolamento acústico de baixa qualidade, comprometendo então a privacidade. A recepção fica fechada à noite, portanto sem possibilidade de reclamação. Quando na manhã seguinte relatamos o ocorrido, a reação da recepcionista foi de total passividade. "What a wonderful place to stay! The room was quite large, the bed comfortable, the shower really good, and best of all it was so quiet. Breakfast was perfect: a lovely buffet of a variety of fresh items, plus coffee, tea, cappuccino. The staff was excellent: helpful and friendly. We ate dinner there one night of our stay and throughly enjoyed it. When we return to Regensburg, we will definitely stay at Bischofshof Braustuben. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made our visit memorable. "

"The room was very large with a comfortable bed. Area was very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was conveniently located next to the hotel which is not always the case when you're staying at old town areas in Europe. Upgrade was a nice gesture."
