Centrally yet rurally located, this holiday apartment for 4 guests is on the upper floor of a two-family house. The apartment is simply but comfortably furnished and fully equipped. The fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with convection, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.



On request, you can be provided with appliances such as a waffle iron, sandwich maker, espresso machine, air fryer, DVD player, and iron. Smoking is permitted on the small balcony. For rainy days, there is a cozy reading corner with books and DVDs for all tastes, as well as board games.



A parking space is directly at the house. Shops, post office, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, and various restaurants are within walking distance. A natural outdoor pool is also nearby.



Attractive leisure options such as amusement parks, thermal baths, indoor ski slope, kart track, riding stables, wildlife parks, bird park, alpaca and ostrich farms, swimming pools, outdoor pools, and heathland hiking trails can be reached by car in about 20–30 minutes and offer numerous recreational opportunities. The towns of Soltau, Schneverdingen, and Visselhövede are each about 10 km away and invite you to take a trip.
