Bright, very quiet restored manor house in a beautiful large garden

The Guts-Haus Vieregge is the over 150-year-old farmhouse of the small village and is located in a large garden, adjoined by a meadow to just before the Bodden. It was restored in accordance with ecological criteria in 2010 with respect to its heritage and equipped to the latest standards. The timber frame is everywhere, especially in the 1st u. Second OG visible. The house is almost completely plastered inside with clay. So it has a very healthy indoor climate (asthmatic, allergic) and many windows (very bright). Guests can take their breakfast on large sun decks (ship deck). The house offers plenty of space and retreat and is suitable for 2-4 persons (FeWo), as well as for larger groups (up to 12 people), because it is possible to rent the entire house or part:

The sleeping places are distributed as follows:
1. Floor: 1 large bedroom (south side with a wide view), double bed (160 cm wide) and side (extra child possible), 1 smaller bedroom (east side) with two single beds (each 90 cm wide).
Second Floor (spiral staircase): a medium-sized bedroom with sloping ceilings (south side, wide view through the skylight). Double bed (160 cm wide), glazed to the gallery side, small open room in the Risalit (east side, view in three directions (open space, but very comfortable).

Apartment B for up to 4 people (ground floor), about 60 square meters, separate entrance, connection to the main house via additional double door possible: 1 living room with kitchenette, sofa bed (extra bed possible) u. Woodburning stove (south and west side), 1 bedroom (east and south side, double bed) u. 1 bath. Terraces south and west.

The house is in a garden with a large meadow and trees. In the large garden there are fruit and nut trees. The garden is followed by a 7,000 square meter meadow, which extends to just before the bay. The garden is bordered by 2 large poplars, linden trees, ash trees and spruces, as well as bush roses and fruit bushes. On the terraces a variety of flowers are planted, which bloom according to seasonal. In addition to sun pavilions, the different trees such as the walnut tree provide excellent shade on hot days. On the property there is still the well access, whose water can provide over an old hand pump for additional irrigation. In summer there are lots of songbirds. But also birds of prey and in the twilight forest owls and bats fly around the house.
The two remaining old barns can still guess the original size of the yard. They are inhabited by forest owls and swallows.
The water of the Bodden is also suitable for bad swimmers (warmer than the Baltic Sea and best values).
Beach: For swimming at the yacht harbor beach (about 300 meters), for splashing small bay with beach (about 500 meters, ideal for small children). Ideal also for surfing and kiting!
The peninsula, on which Vieregge is located, is surrounded by the nature reserve 'Vorpommernsche Boddenlandschaft National Park', which offers a variety of fauna and flora. Particularly impressive are the birds as well as whole flocks of birds, which in the spring and autumn on Rügen 'land'. With luck, depending on the season, the cranes can be observed directly from the large garden. On the Pachtwiese with subsequent grove direction Bodden and sometimes in the garden, not only fox and hare say goodnight, but also polecat, raccoon dog, deer and wild boar. Incidentally, fishing in the Bodden can be very successful. Otherwise there`s fresh fish in Neuenkirchen.
Bicycles for exploring the charming area on request. The high Hilgor (1 km) with its Grümbke tower offers a fantastic view over the Bodden landscape to Hiddensee.
