This completely self-contained property features a charming courtyard with seating and a sunbathing area, a small garden with a lawn and herbs, and a small historic carriage house – parts of which are still constructed of clay. The bedroom and bathroom offer direct views of the adjacent city wall and a very old defensive tower.

The concert hall, the theater, the market square, numerous restaurants, and the art collection are all within a five-minute walk. The cultural park and the lake are a maximum ten-minute walk away.
