"This is an excellent house in superb state of repair with very good quality furniture. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The booking process was simple and Martin Wardle of the agents was extremely helpful. The house is situated in a village which is very near Kendal, the lakes and just over one hour to the Solway coast. "The apartment was very clean, reasonably well presented, but with slightly tired looking decoration and especially the doors. The electric heating was a nightmare to control / understand how it operated. Excellent location close to the high street in Sedburgh. On arrival the lounge / kitchen area had a strong smell of cooking, needed to have some windows opened for ventilation."
