Great communication giving us detsed directions as the property is down a hidden path but as we were prewarned it was easily found. Lots of lovely touches including dressing gowns in the wardrobes. "Communication regarding check-in was good. Tom's barn was as beautiful as in the pictures. Lovely and spacious, very clean throughout. Milk, scones, homemade jam and cream on arrival, felt very spoilt. Outside seating area perfect for listening to the birds. Fixtures and fittings in the barn excellent quality. Thoroughly recommend for a Somerset adventure and trips to West Bay and Lyme Regis."

"The cottage was perfect for our needs and Vicki was a great host. We have a bit of a nervous doggy but Vicki kept her dogs out of the fenced area while we were there so there were no issues there. Loads of beautiful walks in the area, perfect for the doggo! The cottage has a great little kitchen with everything you need and the bedroom and bathroom are excellent."

As advertised, it backs into a busy A road so don't expect to be able to relax in the garden for long. Once the doors are windows are shut though the noise from the road is hardly noticeable inside. Property was clean and as advertised, easy to access. Communication with the host was minimal but very efficient. "Had a four day break with parents, the cottage was spotless on arrival and well equipped. The wifi was occasionally sporadic but to be expected in a rural area. We slept well with no passing traffic and even with four adults there was ample hot water.Lots of seating and although weather was poor the outside seating area was great . Small downside was the property can be rented alongside next door(semi detached) , there is a locked interconnecting door but the noise can carry through a little ."
