"We had four generations aging 1-85 years old and it was a wonderful time for everyone!! The house is gorgeous and spacious. The location is perfect with a very large yard for the kids to play plus the beach and water is safe for the little ones to play for hours. Very easy beach access that the great grandparents were able to navigate easily. We loved doing the crabbing and clamming, walking on the beach, bonfires and roasting s'mores. "This quaint little cabin was very clean and well maintained. You can sit and listen to the ocean waves on the front porch as a few of our neighbors did or sit in the comfy recliner and turn on the Tv to enjoy some TV at night's end. With nice cafe options a short 1-3 minute walk from the cabin I would recommend. "

"Booked this motel for a few days - it has all the essentials including a full kitchen and wasn't complicated to navigate. Great for the price and for being a home base while going out to explore or see the ocean. Accommodated me and my service animal without issue. Bed is in a small room with basically only room for the bed itself, but this wasn't an issue. The bedroom does not have a curtain on the window, just blinds, which allows a lot of light in - would prefer a curtain to facilitate...

"Perfect vacation spot. Home, scenery, area each very special and fun things to do right out your front door. A family favorite!"

"Very clean, reasonably priced, centrally located property in Rockaway Beach! Short walk to the beach and shopping. Instructions and communication from property management company were clear and check in/check out was very easy. "

"The property has tons of room. If you have elderly in need of easy access this is not the place to stay. There are lots of stairs. The stairs going into the property need to be fixed even able body people have to be careful. The queen beds need a step for elderly people to get into the beds. The main sliding door you need a very strong person to be able to open it. The fireplace we turned off even after they came to fix it you could still smell gas and we didn’t want anyone to get sick. "Our family of 5 loved our stay in Oceanside. The home had plenty of space for all of us and so many games and puzzles for us to do. It was an easy walk to the beach (much shorter than many staying farther up the hill). The view from the rooftop deck is amazing. Lori was the best host - super helpful and responsive. We were so comfortable in her home and enjoyed our stay."

"We really want to brag about this treasure on the beach… but we also want to bogart this amazing place all to ourselves! Can’t recommend enough!"

"It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The access to the beach was perfect! The lock box was hard to figure out and thankful that there was someone to call after an hour and a half he was able to help me get it open. So a detailed message of that would be helpful. "
