"Had a wonderful stay at this property, very clean and stocked with games, books, snd extra linens. Location was perfect for access to beach and a very short drive into town. Comfortable furniture. Of note: Hot tub was semi-private, but still enjoyable. Also house had many stairs: main living area is on second level, unavoidable and hard for the elderly. "This house is in a remarkable location. We had a few perfectly clear sunsets we could enjoy simply standing on the balcony. The beach is also just about 25 years away. There were 12 of us and had plenty of space and we had a really wonderful time. That said, I will always try to avoid staying in Vacasa managed homes. It was a great deal for the price but I'm not sure I'd choose to go back. I wouldn't describe it as clean or cozy but great for a long weekend on the coast."
